Yannick Grauwels

Yannick Grauwels graduated with honours in 2011 as a Master of Law at the University of Antwerp. 

As a lawyer, he is specialized in private and public construction law, and focuses specifically on the administrative law (urban zoning/environmental law), real estate law, co-ownership and (commercial) rental law. 

In 2013, he joined Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven and since then handles cases in the areas private and public construction law, he is also specialized in dealing with urban zoning cases (cf. planning permissions, administrative appeals, enforcement, procedures for the Council of Permit Disputes, Council of State).  He also has an extensive knowledge of providing advice, drafting contracts and conducting proceedings in the relevant matters. In June 2017, Mr. Grauwels became the fifth partner of our firm.

Yannick Grauwels believes in a pragmatic approach of legal cases of legal cases based on thorough knowledge of the procedure and good communication with the client.
