Marc Van Raemdonck

Marc Van Raemdonck graduated from the University of Antwerp in 1979 with a master degree in law. He then further qualified in tax and accountancy law. In addition, he followed several courses on construction law and regularly speaks at seminars on this topic. Marc Van Raemdonck joined the Antwerp Bar in 1980 and founded the law firm Varlaw, which is now integrated into the firm Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers.

As a lawyer, he is mainly active in construction law, corporate law and insolvency law. His focus is on the various disciplines in construction law, both public and private, as well as commercial transactions in real estate, M&A and distribution law (franchise). Both nationally and internationally, he has been and is active as a second opinion in transactions where he assists the management and legal department.


Since 1997, he has been included on the list of curators of the Commercial Court of Antwerp.

As of October 2020, he joined Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers as Lawyer Of Counsel.
