Kristof Uytterhoeven focuses on real estate law and private and public construction law in general. He specializes in public procurement, building contracts, and Architects Regulations. His many years of experience as a lawyer enable him to offer you high quality legal advice, as well as optimum assistance in the negotiation of real estate contracts and dispute resolution and proceedings before both civil and administrative courts.
In the year 2000, Kristof Uytterhoeven obtained his Phd. in Law at the Catholic University of Leuven, where he also used to be an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, and is now associate professor at the Faculty of Architecture. He teaches the following courses to master students in Architecture and Interior Architecture: law of obligations, property law and construction law.
