Impact on our offices 

As a result of the measures taken by the authorities and the importance we attach to the health of everyone, we inform you of the actions our firm will take: 

• Our employees will telework more, but we remain reachable via info@legaloffice.be or 03/448.49.92.
• Meetings will be held by telephone, conference call, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• For highly urgent cases, an appointment at the office can be made with an individual lawyer. Our meeting rooms are equipped with plexi screens and all employees respect established hygiene regulations and social distancing measures.
• The courts are not accessible and only deal with the most urgent cases. All other cases are considered in writing.
• The seminars (organized by our office) on March 26th and April 23rd will be postponed to a later date.
  

The health of our clients, lawyers and staff is at the heart of our work and we are therefore forced to apply these measures.
